Peter Witte

Peter Witte works with Commercial Properties Realty, New York and represent buyers of major commercial real estate in New York and internationally. He occasionally also represents sellers and co-brokes with other agents. Most of his work involves off-market deals with serious investors.

Before joining Commercial Properties Realty, Mr. Witte worked with several other real estate brokers, most recently Century 21, Access America in Stamford, Connecticut—with experience in both residential and commercial.

He has an astute sense of the real estate market and economy generally and is able to guide investors to opportunities of real value.

Prior to his work in real estate, Mr. Witte worked for the Trilateral Commission, an international affairs non-profit organization, as Information Officer and System Administrator.

Mr. Witte lives in Chelsea, New York with his wife and two daughters.
